Payment And Price
CUSTOMER ( “You, “Your”, ”Yours” ) debit/credit card details will be encrypted when payment is made to minimise the risk of non-authorised access. Once SLURP.MY ( “We” , ”Us” , ”Our” ) received your order, we will request a pre-authorisation on your card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be charge once we have confirmed your order.
You should always ensure the debit/credit card is belong to you. If there has any unauthorise payment, we will not be responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arise during this event.
The price of the product will be as stipulated on our website. We always try to ensure the prices stated on the website are accurate, there might be instances where errors may occur. If we found an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as practicable and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling the order. If we are unable to reach you in anyway, we will cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded to you.
The price on the website may be changed without any notice, but the changes should not affect the orders for which we have sent an order confirmation.
The prices on the website is NOT inclusive of Sales and Services Tax (SST) and delivery fee. The delivery fee will be added to the total price as indicated in our Delivery Guide during checkout.
SLURP.MY ( “We”, “Us” , “Our”) aim to deliver the goods to CUSTOMER ( “You”, “Your”, “Yours” ) at the address of delivery requested by you in your order and the delivery time will be indicated by us after your order has been confirmed.
1.0 Delivery Confirmation
A payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email once the payment is confirmed. The delivery will be made after we had received the confirmation by you. After the goods has been sent out, you will receive an confirmation delivery email which included yours shipping tracking number. You can use the shipping tracking number to track where your goods are and when will it arrive.
1.1 Unable to deliver
We will notify you if we expected the goods are unable to reach or deliver to you within the estimated time. We will not be extent permitted by law and will not be liable to any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising by the delay of delivery.
2.0 Delivery Method
We deliver in our standard packaging. We will choose a delivery method that has the best interest to us and able to meet the estimated delivery time. You has no right to choose what or which delivery method to use.
3.0 Delivery Rate
We offer two delivery rate which are flat rate (RM10) and free rate (RM0).
3.1 Flat Rate
Flat rate will be charged on the total bill below RM60. The shipping fee will be automatically added to your bill when a purchase below RM60 is made. The flat rate will not be charged differently for WEST and EAST Malaysia.
3.2 Free Rate
Free rate will be applied on the total bill RM60 onward. The shipping fee will be waived automatically to your bill when a purchase above RM60 is made.
4.0 Delivery Address and Period
We will deliver to the address that you requested within the period that has stated in Section 4.2 after we have confirmed your payment and have all the information we needed for delivery.
4.1 Delivery Address
We shall deliver the products to the requested address and held no responsibility if the postal service agency is unable to reach your requested address. You must ensure the requested address is correct in order to be able to receive the ordered goods.
Our services are only available within the territory of Malaysia (East and West).
4.2 Delivery Period
We will deliver your products to your requested address after your payment has been finalized by us. We will send the goods to the requested address within 3-5 business day but we held no responsibility if the goods cannot be delivered within the estimated period by the postal service agency.
The estimated delivery period is within 3-5 business day. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, We do not guarantee delivery dates.
SLURP.MY ( “We”, “Us” , “Our”) aim to provide quality goods to CUSTOMER ( “You”, “Your”, “Yours” ). We will always ensure that the goods are in good condition. However, you are still entitled to exchange goods given at least one of the conditions stated in Section 5.0, Section 6.0 and Section 7.0 is fulfilled. However, we will not accept anything that is used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Delivery fee will or will not be charged depending on the situation. The decision whether to exchange goods is at the discretion of SLURP.MY.
5.0 Exchange Period
SLURP.MY give customer a seven (7) days exchange period. The seven (7) days period start from the day you received your goods. The goods shall NOT be used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
6.0 Exchange item for different size/color/style
Exchange are available for different size, color and style if the customer is not satisfied with the product given the product is not used,damaged,washed or altered in any way. Customer will have to pay additional charges if any incurred:
6.1 Exchange With Same Value Item
No additional charges for exchanging item except for delivery fee (Refer Section 8.0).
6.2 Exchange With Lower Value Item
Price difference will not be refunded. Delivery fee will be charged depending on situation (Refer Section 8.0).
6.3 Exchange With Higher Value Item
The customer will have to pay for the price difference. Delivery fee will be charged depending on situation (Refer Section 8.0).
7.0 Replacement for a wrong/defective item
We will exchange goods if the sent goods are incorrect or defective. Exchange good for different style of product is strictly not allowed.
8.0 Delivery Fee Incurred During Exchange
The delivery fees will be bear by SLURP.MY if and only if items being sent is incorrect or defective. However, delivery fee will be bear by customer for exchanging item for different size, color or style.
